FOR MICROSOFT TEAMS ISSUE - PLEASE READ BEFORE RAISING A TICKET: For those students who have issue with Microsoft Teams login. Please verify following things before requesting for IT support:
- For calendar/timetable entry not showing up, please see this guidance or see Knowledge Base
- If you cannot login, please firstly try the following username and password: StudentID@students.atmc.edu.au, password: Atmc@1234567
- If you cannot see any class groups on your app, go to your account setting and make sure the current logged in account is ATMC Email Account (studentID@students.atmc.edu.au), not your Federation University Email Account (studentID@federation.edu.au)
